*PLEASE NOTE:
Thunder By The Bay is organized by Suncoast Charities for Children and is our biggest fundraiser of the year. In fairness to the local non-profit agencies we currently support, and with limited vendor space, we are unable to accept vendor applications from other non-profit organizations at this time. Exceptions will be considered for a limited number of veteran organizations and motorcycle clubs. We appreciate your understanding, as we know there are so many wonderful charitable organizations doing great work in our community.

Sarasota Fairgrounds Camping Agreement
*Please note that camping is handled directly by the Sarasota Fairgrounds (venue), not Suncoast Charities for Children (Festival Organizer). Should you have any camping questions, please direct them to Kate at:
Once the camping forms are available, Sarasota Fairgrounds will not process payment or confirm your camping reservation until January 1, 2027. You are welcome to send in your form and payment prior to this date but please be aware of their processing protocol. Campers will be placed based upon arrival to the fairgrounds, not in the order of which the applications were received.
